Part 0016 - Consultation Fee $25

Use this item only if you have been directed to do so by a Mooseburger staff member.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Tricia Bothun will provide a design sketch, fabric and trim swatches and a description via email or snail mail. The design remains the property of Pricilla Mooseburger Originals. Duplicating or copying in any way is an infringement of copyright law.

2. Design work is done each Thursday. Your design, complete with fabric swatches, etc. will be emailed to you on the Friday after you have submitted measurements and the $25 Consultation Fee. Please be advised that during heavy travel times for Tricia, your design work may be delayed slightly. You will be given a date to expect your design if this is the case.

3. If you accept the design as it is proposed, you can begin payment (but if design changes are requested after this initial payment, additional charges will be made). If you do not like the preliminary design, you may request a second one. You are allowed up to three consecutive designs. If Tricia is not able to capture your costume idea within three designs, we will have to arrange for an additional consultation fee.

4. The terms of payment are as follows: 50%, which includes your design fee of $25, must be paid when you finally approve a design. The $25 is non-refundable. The second 50% is due prior to shipment of costume. An invoice will be sent to you with a balance due. Under no circumstances will delivery be made without complete payment. Costume will be ready for delivery within 8 weeks from the date of your design approval.

5. Client may return costume for reasonable adjustments at no extra charge, within a period of 30 days after delivery. Reasonable adjustments are limited to: excessively tight or loose neck, cuffs, or waist, and shortening of hem or pants.

6. The costume is guaranteed for normal wear and tear for the period of one year. Alterations due to weight gain or loss, or repairs necessary due to negligence, abuse, and/or improper washing will incur additional charges.

By submitting your name and clicking "Add to cart", you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you choose to order the costume as it is in the sketch you will receive, your $25 Consultation Fee will be credited towards the final cost of the costume. Approval Form

Terms and Conditions:

1. You must have already paid the Consultation Fee. You must already have either: reviewed all information/designs emailed to you; or waived the design consultation in lieu of online photo. You must have already submitted your measurements.
2. You approve the design, fabric, trim, price, and all other stipulations covered during your Consultation with Tricia Bothun.
3. If you do not want to pay the amount in full, you will pay a down-payment of 50% of your total cost (10% of which is non-refundable). The $25 Consultation fee you already paid will be credited towards this 50% down-payment.
4. The remaining 50% will be charged when costume is completed (or within 90 days if you elected to use our Lay-Away Program). Under no circumstance will costumes be shipped without total payment.
5. If design changes are requested after submitting this Approval Form, additional charges will be made.
6. Submitting your approval indicates that you are satisfied with the product. Custom orders cannot can returned for a refund or store credit.
