Part 9212 - 2012 Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp: COMPLETE Package

July 31 - August 5, 2012 in Buffalo, Minnesota at King's House Retreat Center.

The Complete Package costs $895 and includes all food, education, and lodging (double-occupancy room). Round-trip Shuttle is extra.

Below you will be selecting your MAIN COURSE as well as additional registration options, such as REFUND INSURANCE, ROUND-TRIP SHUTTLE, and a PRIVATE ROOM. If you choose Clowning 101 as your Course, please note that there will be an additional fee of $40 for the make-up kit that includes all the essentials necessary for a beginner (this is priced at wholesale cost, and is less expensive than if you were to buy each kit item separately).

T-Shirt Size (this helps us keep our overhead low)
Smoker or Non-Smoker (this helps us assign roommates)

REFUND INSURANCE: There will be NO REFUNDS after June 1st for anyone. No exceptions! By submitting this online registration, you are acknowledging our refund policy. You can only add Refund Insurance to your registration on the same day as you register -- you CANNOT add it later! If you add Refund Insurance to your registration today, you are guaranteed a refund of all the money you have paid towards your registration minus the $30 insurance fee, if you have to cancel by June 1st, 2012.

ROUND-TRIP SHUTTLE: Airport Shuttle will pick up at Minneapolis International Airport, at 1:00pm on Tuesday, July 31st. Best Western Shuttle will pick up at the Best Western Dakota Ridge in Eagan at 1:30pm on July 31st.
Both Shuttles will return to the airport by 2:00pm on Sunday, August 5th. Arrange for your return flight to depart no earlier than 3:00pm on Sunday, August 5th.

ROOMMATE: If you are expecting to room with someone in particular, please give us their name (in the Comments Section during online check-out) so we can arrange rooms ahead of time. Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender. There are a limited number of Private Rooms still available for an additional $250.

ALUMNI: In the Comments Section (during online checkout) please let us know if are a Moose Camp ALUMNI, and from which year(s). We have a special gift for returning alumni!

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Registration for Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp will close at 95 campers or at 3:00 CST on July 27th, whichever comes first. There will be NO registration available at the door. You must be at least 17 years old to attend. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after June 1st, 2012.

After you register, you will receive two emails. The first will be an automatic one from our website (order@mooseburger.com) to verify that your online activity took place. The second one will be sent from someone in our office (info@mooseburger.com) and it will have lots of information and attachments for you to complete your registration.
Please add these two addresses to your "safe sender" list so they don't get filtered out as Spam by accident. If you do not get these two emails within 48 hours of your registration, please call the office: 320-963-6277.

PAY IN FULL:
The full amount shown in the "Total" area will be charged to your credit card in one immediate transaction.

DOWN-PAYMENT ONLY:
The minimum down-payment required to hold your spot is $200.00. This amount will be charged to your credit card upon checkout. You can choose to call in or mail in partial payments in the months leading up to June 1st, 2012. The remaining balance is to be paid by June 1st, 2012.

If you do NOT choose one of these payment plans, the default selection is "PAY IN FULL".

The Overlander Package costs $695 and includes all food and education. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING AND PAYING FOR YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION AND OFF-SITE LODGING.
